Full job description Epsilon seeks a Director, Analytic Consulting to lead analytics for paid media measurement, audience analytics, and marketing effectiveness. The role involves defining measurement strategies, collaborating with clients and internal teams, translating complex analytics into actionable insights, and managing analytics teams. Requires 8+ years experience in analytics or marketing analytics, proficiency in SQL and Python, and deep knowledge of paid media channels and customer-level marketing analytics. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and familiarity with Databricks and marketing measurement tools. Responsibilities include client engagement, data analysis, project management, and team development. Define paid media measurement strategies and align KPI frameworks
Partner with marketing, media, analytics, and agency teams to interpret results and recommend optimizations
Translate complex methodologies into clear client insights
Access and analyze data from proprietary tools, cleanrooms, CDPs, and other platforms
Oversee media data readiness, ingestion, and quality requirements
Develop and communicate actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and executive narratives
Author analytic plans, technical requirements, project estimates, statements of work, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans
Develop measurement procedures, benchmarks, tool playbooks, and scalable analytics delivery methods
Coach, mentor, and develop analytics team members
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client value, innovation, and continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or digital media analytics Experience analyzing paid media performance across programmatic, search, social, display, video, connected TV, experiential, and out-of-home channels Deep understanding of customer-level marketing analytics, audience creation, segmentation, campaign performance measurement, testing, attribution, incrementality, closed-loop measurement, and optimization Experience with first-party data, proprietary data assets, CDPs, cleanroom environments, media exposure data Ability to design and implement analyses using large record-level datasets Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar analytic tools Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in data visualization and executive-level storytelling Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary teams Experience managing and developing analytics team members Highly motivated, collaborative, intellectually curious, results-oriented Preferred: Master’s degree in related quantitative field Preferred: Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms Preferred: Experience with media mix modeling and marketing measurement solutions Preferred: Experience with CPG, retail, commerce industries Preferred: Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, cleanroom platforms, CDPs, DMPs, ad servers Understanding of MarTech and AdTech landscape Tech stack SQL Python Databricks Google Campaign Manager Google Analytics Adobe Analytics cleanroom platforms CDPs DMPs ad servers media mix modeling fractional attribution multi-touch attribution brand lift incrementality testing sales lift
