Full job description Epsilon seeks a Director, Analytic Consulting to lead analytics for paid media measurement, audience analytics, and marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities include defining measurement strategies, partnering with clients and internal teams to optimize campaigns, translating complex analytics into clear insights, managing data readiness and quality, authoring analytic plans, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality standards, and fostering innovation. Requires 8+ years experience in analytics or marketing analytics, proficiency in SQL and Python, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with paid media channels and customer-level marketing analytics. Define paid media measurement strategies and align KPI frameworks and reporting expectations
Partner with client marketing, media, analytics, and agency teams to interpret results and recommend optimizations
Translate complex methodologies into clear client insights and guidance
Partner cross-functionally to deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions
Access and analyze data in proprietary tools, cleanroom environments, CDPs, and other platforms
Oversee media data readiness, ingestion, and quality requirements
Develop and communicate actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and business impact
Author and contribute to analytic plans, technical requirements, project estimates, statements of work, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans
Coordinate onshore and offshore analytic consulting, data science, and junior analytics resources
Ensure analytical outputs meet quality standards through validation, QA, and defensible interpretation
Develop measurement procedures, benchmarks, tool playbooks, and ways of working for scalable analytics delivery
Find opportunities for automation, product enhancement, new analytic offerings, and improved internal standards
Collaborate with internal teams including Analytics, Consulting, Client Services, Product, Technology, Data Science, AI, and Delivery
Coach, mentor, and develop analytics team members fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, marketing analytics, or digital media analytics Experience analyzing paid media performance across programmatic, search, social, display, video, connected TV, experiential, and out-of-home channels Deep understanding of customer-level marketing analytics, audience creation, segmentation, campaign performance measurement, testing, attribution, incrementality, closed-loop measurement, and optimization Experience measuring audience performance using first-party data, proprietary data assets, CDPs, cleanroom environments, media exposure data Ability to design and implement analyses using large record-level datasets Working knowledge of statistical methods, experimental design, hypothesis testing, causal inference, predictive modeling, segmentation, marketing measurement methodologies Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar analytic tools Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in data visualization and executive-level storytelling Proven ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams Experience managing, coaching, and developing analytics team members Highly motivated, collaborative, intellectually curious, focused on innovation and continuous improvement Tech stack SQL Python Databricks Google Campaign Manager Google Analytics Adobe Analytics cleanroom platforms CDPs DMPs ad servers media mix modeling fractional attribution multi-touch attribution brand lift incrementality testing sales lift
