Director role to own and scale PubMatic’s direct brand revenue across APAC. Define and execute strategy for building advertiser partnerships across India, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Engage with senior digital and programmatic leaders. Structure and negotiate complex multi-market agreements. Translate brand briefs into commercial solutions. Partner with Product, Operations, and regional leadership to align market demand with commercial execution. Influence product roadmap with advertiser insights. Build long-term revenue-generating partnerships. Requires 8+ years in AdTech, programmatic or agency environments, established APAC brand relationships, strong advertiser ecosystem knowledge, proven strategic deal closing, confidence with C-level stakeholders, and commercial judgement.
