Full job description

Director role to own and scale PubMatic’s direct brand revenue across APAC. Define and execute strategy for building high-value advertiser partnerships across India, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Engage with senior digital and programmatic leaders. Structure and negotiate complex multi-market agreements. Translate enterprise brand briefs into tailored commercial solutions. Partner with Product, Operations and regional leadership to align market demand with commercial execution. Influence product roadmap with advertiser insights. Build and scale regional growth with executive visibility.

What you'll do

  • Building and closing new brand partnerships across India, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Leading senior‑level conversations with CMOs, digital and programmatic leaders
  • Turning brand briefs into tailored commercial solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Negotiating and structuring high‑value, multi‑market deals
  • Partnering with Product, Operations and regional teams to align solutions with market demand
  • Feeding advertiser insight back into product discussions to influence roadmap priorities
  • Expanding existing relationships into long‑term, revenue‑generating partnerships

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in AdTech, programmatic or agency environments
  • Established relationships with brands and senior decision‑makers across APAC
  • Strong understanding of the advertiser ecosystem and the commercial dynamics of programmatic
  • A track record of closing complex, strategic deals
  • Confidence presenting to and influencing C‑level stakeholders
  • Commercial judgement, resilience and the ability to build from zero
