Director, Advertiser Solutions, Activate role to lead business development and sales strategy for programmatic buying in Germany. Responsibilities include driving Activate sales strategy, winning new clients, building senior relationships, developing programmatic solutions, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires experience in ad tech sales or business development, strong programmatic knowledge, established DACH market relationships, business development success, senior stakeholder communication skills, technical fluency in AI and programmatic tech, adaptability, and fluency in German. Compensation range €150,000 – €170,000 OTE. Hybrid work schedule with three days in office and two remote.
