Requires 7+ years in sales/business development in ad tech, strong programmatic and DSP knowledge, senior Nordic relationships, proven new business success, C-level communication skills, technical fluency in AI and programmatic tech, and a growth mindset. Hybrid work schedule with three days in office and two remote.
