Full job description
Director Advertiser Solutions role focused on leading UK programmatic sales strategy for Activate. Responsibilities include driving sales, onboarding clients, building senior relationships, developing commercial solutions, collaborating with internal teams, enabling sellers, and representing the company at events. Requires 7+ years in ad tech sales or business development, strong programmatic and DSP knowledge, established UK advertiser/agency relationships, proven new business success, C-level communication skills, technical fluency in AI and programmatic, and a growth mindset. Hybrid work with three days in office and two remote. Compensation range £130,000 – £150,000 OTE.
