Full job description
The Expert Services Specialist manages day-to-day execution of retail media campaigns for enterprise clients on the Skai Retail Media platform. Responsibilities include campaign builds, budget pacing, bid and structure updates, performance monitoring, anomaly detection, reporting, client support, and using generative AI tools to improve efficiency. Candidates should have hands-on experience with paid ecommerce or search media, data skills with Excel or similar tools, clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn AI tools. Preferred experience includes Amazon Sponsored Products, DSPs like Walmart or Amazon DSP, agency or client-facing roles, and familiarity with Skai or similar platforms. The role is hybrid based in New York City with occasional travel. Salary range is $80,000-90,000 plus bonus eligibility.
What you'll do
- Execute day-to-day campaign management on assigned accounts including builds, budget pacing, and bid and structure updates
- Monitor performance, spot anomalies and opportunities, and raise them with Manager with a first view on the cause
