Requirements
2 to 4 years of related digital production or design experience in an agency, in-house team or comparable environment
Strong online portfolio demonstrating precise, on-brand execution across digital channels
Solid understanding of client brand guidelines, design foundations, animation and advanced production principles
Ability to apply predefined strategy and creative direction while using judgment to solve production challenges
Strong personal organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently
Dependable execution and quality control
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Openness to feedback and ability to build trust
Curiosity and proactive approach to learning new tools, processes and client business areas
Collaborative working style and confidence partnering beyond the Digital Production team
