Join the Revenue and Operations department as a Digital Media Specialist focused on Data Management Platform (DMP). Responsibilities include supporting clients by troubleshooting data issues, managing accounts, assisting with reporting tools and data imports, and supporting integrations with advertising platforms. Serve as a subject matter expert on Adform’s DMP, educate and support clients, collaborate with product and development teams, troubleshoot platform issues, deliver trainings, and resolve complex technical problems. Requirements include troubleshooting skills, collaboration, excellent English communication, experience with help desk tools (Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow), ability to explain complex topics clearly, and teamwork. Preferred experience with CRM or CDP systems, background in Advertising, IT, Networks, DBMS, or Programming, and familiarity with Amazon S3, APIs, S2S, cookies, and Google Analytics.
