Join Innovid's Ad Operations team as a Digital Trafficker, an entry-level role focused on configuring digital marketing campaigns on Innovid’s platform. Responsibilities include campaign setup, quality assurance, acting as a contact for Account Managers, and documenting processes. Requires at least 1 year of related work experience, studies in a related field, advanced English, intermediate Excel skills, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, adapt to fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and work independently and in teams. What you'll do

  • Become an expert on Innovid’s platform
  • Set up digital marketing campaigns within Innovid’s platform
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on campaign setups
  • Be an operational point of contact for Account Managers on campaigns
  • Document, support, and provide feedback about Ad Ops processes and Innovid products

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience (ideally related to digital/administrative environments)
  • Studies in a related field (Business, Marketing, Finance, Programming, etc)
  • Advanced English skills (speaking, writing, listening, reading)
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learning of new technologies, tools, and processes
  • Comfortable working with due dates while delivering quality results
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and ever-changing environments
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues and feedback to multiple departments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
