Full job description
The Digital Executive will develop commercial and programmatic skills, working with internal teams to achieve and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include leading and developing key relationships and strategy across international media agencies, ensuring clients understand the company's vision and proposition, detecting opportunities, creating tailored solutions, and closing deals. The role supports revenue growth, sales prospecting, client relationship management, strategic upsells, market insight leadership, product feedback, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution. Requirements include 1+ year experience in digital advertising or media, sales drive, experience with Managed Service and Programmatic advertising, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or related field. The position offers a hybrid work environment with a preference for candidates within commutable distance to the office in London.
What you'll do
- Act as the central coordination point for sales teams to drive performance and hit revenue targets
- Generate a high volume of sales activities, including crafting compelling presentations and responding to RFPs
- Cultivate strong ties with brands and agencies to understand their goals and provide tailored advertising solutions
- Identify opportunities within current client accounts to introduce new products and display verticals
- Provide deep vertical expertise in in-image and in-video display to guide client strategy
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal product teams to improve service offerings
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure sold proposals are implemented successfully and meet client expectations
- Support the wider sales team in developing and managing high-stakes, strategic sales opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ year of solid experience within the digital advertising or media landscape
- Strong natural affiliation for selling and a proactive hunter mentality
- Experience working with both Managed Service and Programmatic advertising solutions
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with full fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing daily tasks
- Ability to propose innovative sales solutions based on market trends and client needs
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Media, Marketing, or a related Advertising field
