Full job description
Digital Business Development Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Epsilon's presence to assigned U.S. businesses. Key duties include identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, building relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers, delivering tailored Epsilon solutions, and collaborating with Legal, Product, and Marketing teams. Requires 3+ years B2B business development experience, 2+ years in display marketing, programmatic or digital advertising, strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to travel. Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation range $80,000 to $120,000 annually with potential bonuses. Location: Chicago, Illinois.
