Full job description

Junior Digital Activation Lead role supporting clients in digital marketing campaigns using Google Display & Video 360 and Google Marketing Platform. Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2 years experience in digital media/sales/marketing/product roles, fluency in English and Italian, and foundational knowledge of programmatic advertising and data analysis. Responsibilities include client support, campaign optimization, and collaboration with senior team members. Hybrid work arrangement based in Milan, Italy.

What you'll do

  • Support a diverse portfolio of clients by understanding their unique business goals
  • Develop expert-level product knowledge in Google's Display & Video 360 and Google Marketing Platform
  • Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners
  • Drive campaign success, platform optimization, and overall client satisfaction
  • Connect business analysis, client relationship management, and direct media campaign support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
  • Experience working with digital organizations
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Internship, educational background, or foundational experience in digital marketing or TV in an advertising agency environment
  • Experience with the AdTech ecosystem or programmatic buying
  • Foundational understanding of data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from spreadsheets or campaign dashboards
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex tasks with attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and master digital marketing technologies, specifically programmatic platforms
