Full job description
We are looking for Digital Account Managers in Bogotá to manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities include campaign management, KPI tracking, client reporting, relationship building, and identifying growth opportunities. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in digital advertising campaign management, strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is required. English B1 or higher is a plus. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model with 3 days remote, vacation benefits, training, and health insurance after six months.
