Full job description

Adsmurai seeks Digital Account Managers in Bogotá to manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities include campaign management, performance analysis, client reporting, relationship building, and identifying growth opportunities. Candidates should have 2+ years experience, strong knowledge of social media advertising, analytical skills, and preferably English proficiency (B1+). The role offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work (3 days remote), vacation benefits, training, and health insurance after six months.

What you'll do

  • Manage and implement social media campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis based on campaign results
  • Analyze campaign results and generate reports for clients
  • Build strong relationships with client company teams
  • Identify client needs, problems, and opportunities and find solutions to grow accounts
  • Support the CDS team to gain experience and create region-specific strategies
  • Identify opportunities for automation and solutions (e.g., account reports, campaign reports, client presentations)

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in the sector
  • Deep knowledge of social media ecosystem
  • Experience managing Paid Media campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and passion for new technologies
  • Analytical mindset and data management skills
  • Strategic and goal-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiastic, practical approach
  • English proficiency B1 or higher (spoken and written) is a plus
