Full job description

DoubleVerify is seeking a DevOps RnD intern in Ghent. The role involves working in a local office as part of a global DevOps team building infrastructure for AI-powered advertising verification processing billions of impressions daily. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with scalable production infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud technologies, and AI automation. The intern will collaborate with multiple teams and design solutions with mentorship. Requirements include being an active computer science student, basic Linux and scripting knowledge, programming skills in Python, NodeJs or Go, and a strong interest in technology and problem-solving. Technologies used include GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Prometheus, Grafana, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and ArgoCD. The position offers hybrid work flexibility with 3 days in the Ghent office and access to advanced AI tools.

What you'll do

  • Be part of a local team in a global group
  • Hands-on experience with scalable production infrastructure
  • Gain experience in working with CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, the Cloud, and learn how AI can help in automating these
  • Get exposed to multiple teams of different cultures, locations and backgrounds
  • Design and implement a full solution together with your mentor and other people in the team

Requirements

  • Interested in understanding how technology works and digging deeper into details
  • Not afraid to tackle complex systems and problems
  • Initiative and autonomy— Use AI to unblock yourself, design a solution and validate it
  • Collaborator with genuine curiosity about improving systems
  • Active student in a computer science degree
  • Basic understanding of Linux and scripting
  • Programming skills in a language such as Python, NodeJs or Go
