Full job description
Lead the DevEx team to improve developer productivity and satisfaction by designing and delivering scalable developer platforms, CI/CD evolution, and AI tooling. Responsibilities include owning platform design and rollout, setting high standards for system design and code quality, mentoring engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving adoption of solutions. Requires senior/lead engineering experience with complex systems, expertise in CI/CD, platform engineering, cloud production systems (preferably AWS), strong problem-solving and communication skills.
What you'll do
- Own the design and delivery of high-impact developer platforms, CI/CD evolution, AI tooling and more, from ideation through production rollout and adoption
- Set a high bar for system design, code quality, scalability, and reliability across platforms
- Act as the go-to expert for complex technical challenges
