Full job description
Lead the DevEx team to improve developer productivity and satisfaction by designing and delivering scalable developer platforms, CI/CD evolution, and AI tooling. Responsibilities include owning platform design and rollout, setting high standards for system design and code quality, mentoring engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving technical excellence. Requires hands-on experience with cloud production systems (preferably AWS), CI/CD tools, platform engineering, automation, and strong communication skills. Prior experience leading complex systems and delivering end-to-end projects is essential. Familiarity with developer workflows, AI-assisted tools, remote environments, and developer portals is advantageous.
What you'll do
- Own the design and delivery of high-impact developer platforms, CI/CD evolution, AI tooling and more, from ideation through production rollout and adoption
- Set a high bar for system design, code quality, scalability, and reliability across platforms
