Full job description
Skai is seeking a DevEx Team Leader to improve developer productivity and satisfaction by leading the strategic roadmap for developer tools, platforms, and automations. Responsibilities include defining long-term developer tooling strategy, overseeing development of productivity tools and CI/CD pipelines, designing scalable platform solutions, tracking platform usage and costs, and acting as a liaison between developers and infrastructure teams. Requirements include 2+ years leading a DevEx team, experience with CI/CD systems, infrastructure automation for microservices and serverless applications, cloud production environment management (AWS), strong communication skills, and leadership experience. The role is full-time, hybrid based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Define the long-term roadmap for developer tooling, experience, and platforms aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee development and maintenance of core developer productivity tools, AI enablement, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation services
