Full job description

Celtra seeks a mid-level digital designer with 3+ years experience in digital or display advertising to join the Creative Services team. The candidate must be proficient in digital design and animation, able to transform creative briefs into visuals, and work within brand guidelines. Responsibilities include designing ads, working with Creative Automation, demonstrating skills in composition, design, animation, and video, collaborating with team members, and supporting Lead Designers. Requirements include 3+ years digital design experience, relevant undergraduate degree, strong communication skills, proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere, and Figma, a portfolio of digital design work, and ability to work effectively in creative teams. Location: Mexico City, Mexico.

What you'll do

  • Design ads for current advertising campaigns
  • Work in Creative Automation to build creatives
  • Demonstrate skills in composition, design, animation, and video for digital media
  • Collaborate with Designers, Customer Success Manager, and go-to-market team members
  • Support Lead Designers on assigned tasks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design
  • Undergraduate degree in a design or design-related field (graphic design, fine art, motion graphics, or multimedia)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain visual design ideas and concepts simply
  • Experience with design software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere, and Figma
  • Portfolio including digital design work (presentations, websites, mobile apps, advertising) and conceptual examples
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator
  • Experience working with creative teams and balancing feedback effectively
