Seeking a Demand Partnerships Director to lead agency and demand-side business in Italy. Responsible for securing long-term partnerships and driving growth of Curation (Equativ Maestro) and Managed Service businesses. Key duties include negotiating Trading Agreements and Joint Business Plans with major HoldCos and agencies, promoting Supply Path Optimization strategies, acquiring new Managed Service business, collaborating with Supply & Publisher Deals team to monetize inventory and data, owning Italian demand revenue targets, and providing market feedback to Global Product/Tech teams. Requires strong executive network, deal structuring expertise, deep programmatic and ad-tech knowledge, strategic mindset, autonomy, resilience, and fluency in Italian and English.
