DeepIntent is hiring a Delivery Operations Manager for its Delivery Amplification Office, focused on supporting AI-native delivery functions for engineering teams. The role involves managing Amplified Squads operations, maintaining the Delivery Intelligence Platform as the single source of truth, overseeing release and change communication, ensuring workflow hygiene, coordinating cadence and ceremonies, providing reporting and insights data, enabling knowledge and onboarding, and driving automation and AI agent usage. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in delivery operations or related roles, advanced Jira skills including JQL and automation, proficiency with Confluence and Slack, strong attention to detail, disciplined follow-up, hands-on AI tool experience, clear writing skills, and scripting knowledge (Python, Apps Script, or SQL) is a plus. Background in AdTech, HealthTech, or data-intensive SaaS is advantageous.
