Full job description
Seeking a motivated Oracle DBA with strong development skills for production support and full-lifecycle implementation. Responsibilities include supporting RAC and non-RAC OLTP and warehouse databases, managing Active DataGuard for disaster recovery, handling partitioning on Oracle 12c and 19c in on-premises and cloud environments, performing backups, design, development, testing, and performance tuning. Collaborate with developers to design new database structures and promote changes through Dev, UAT, and Prod. Apply quarterly patches and periodic upgrades with minimal downtime. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and after-hours support. Requires 3+ years of database implementation and administration experience, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong design and administration skills, knowledge of backup/recovery tools, AWS Oracle database administration preferred, shell scripting experience, and excellent communication skills. Oracle certification is a plus.
