Full job description

Lead architecture and implementation of Enterprise Analytics, BI, and Data Science solutions using AWS/Azure and BI platforms. Translate business needs into technical solutions for sales, finance, e-commerce, manufacturing/logistics, banking, or CRM. Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensure scalable, fault-tolerant, and elastic solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Support pre-sales and maintain delivery frameworks with full DevOps/DataOps automation. Requires 3+ years experience in data solution design and implementation, proficiency in cloud data technologies, BI tools, programming languages, and architecture methodologies. Preferred experience with AWS/Azure data services, ERP, and CRM solutions. Hybrid work model based in Prague.

What you'll do

  • Provide thought leadership and drive architecture of Enterprise Analytics / BI and Data Science solutions
  • Deliver scalable implementations using latest cloud technologies in AWS/Azure and 3rd party BI platforms
  • Translate business goals and use cases into technical solutions for actionable insights
  • Become the technical single point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Set architectural vision and direction across multiple teams
  • Propose conceptual/logical design for data components and large data integrations
  • Apply governance methods for scalability, availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity
  • Provide supervision and guidance to implementation teams (data engineers, data scientists, BI consultants)
  • Support pre-sales by proposing technical solutions and effort estimates
  • Maintain internal framework for consistent and optimal delivery across projects
  • Ensure full DevOps / DataOps automation of continuous development, testing, and deployment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technology-related field (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.)
  • 3+ years experience in design and build of data solutions
  • Experience with large-scale Data Lake / Datawarehouse solutions
  • Experience with big data pipelines / ETL / APIs development
  • Experience with Business Intelligence projects using BI tools
  • Understanding of Data Science (Machine Learning) oriented solutions
  • Understanding data concepts and patterns (Data Lake, Master Data Management, data quality, lambda architectures, streaming processing)
  • Good business acumen in sales, finance, e-commerce, manufacturing/logistics, banking or CRM
  • Proficient in architecture methodologies and tools (diagramming and standards)
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (CI/CD)
  • Development skills in programming languages like Python, Java, Scala, C++
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical leadership, mentorship and collaboration
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Proven experience with Data Lake / Datalakehouse implementations in AWS or Azure
  • Preferred: Understanding of Data Science (ML) concepts from business and technical perspective
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP solutions like SAP, NetSuite
  • Preferred: Experience with Marketing, E-commerce and CRM solutions like Salesforce, Adobe, Google
