Data Scientist (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• Enhance models by incorporating new features, fine-tuning parameters, and utilizing additional data
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineering team to develop and deploy scalable supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
• Identify and explore new data sources and research innovative ways to leverage data
• Investigate new Machine Learning solutions to optimize the value chain
• Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to drive insights and refine strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in developing data science products from research to production deployment
• Strong coding skills with clean, reproducible, and well-tested code
• Proficient in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with algorithms for sparse and large datasets including prediction, clustering, and outlier detection
• Familiarity with Gradient Boosting Trees (CatBoost, LightGBM) in production environments is a plus
• Experience building neural network-based products for classification, regression, and multi-task learning
• Bonus: Knowledge of reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization problems
• Good understanding of dashboards and SQL for monitoring tools
• Previous experience in Ad-Tech is a must
