Full job description

Join the Performance team at Vibe.co to own advertiser outcome models end to end, including prediction models, bidding, and delivery infrastructure. Improve and deploy unified multi-task models predicting visits, purchases, and other outcomes. Design shared representations and new features from raw signals including household-level identity graph data. Prepare the modeling stack for richer data sources. Debug production models and optimize for measurable advertiser uplift. Collaborate with engineers on serving and bidding infrastructure. Requirements include hands-on deep learning experience, strong Python skills (PyTorch preferred), experience diagnosing model failures, ability to build algorithms from scratch, and a track record of impacting business KPIs. Nice to have experience with massive-scale datasets, deep learning on tabular data, CTR/CVR prediction, recommendation systems, identity graphs, and production ML tooling such as ONNX, Dagster, or Triton.
