Full job description

Internship role in the Data Governance team within Finance Transformation. Responsibilities include defining and implementing data governance frameworks, designing functional data models, maintaining data dictionaries, producing data quality scorecards, and coordinating data cleaning. Support the team by developing Power BI dashboards, performing complex data analysis using SQL and Python, and collaborating with Data stewards and Analysts to meet business needs. Candidates should be enrolled in a Master's program in Big Data, Analytics, or similar, with experience in data visualization tools, strong SQL skills, understanding of data modeling, and Python knowledge as a plus. What you'll do

  • Define and implement a data governance framework with principles, policies, roles and responsibilities
  • Drive the design of the functional data model balancing process efficiency, BU specificities, business model evolutions, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain critical data dictionary and ownership, produce data quality scorecards and coordinate cleaning actions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for data analysis and monitoring
  • Perform complex data analysis in SQL/Python to identify incorrect data patterns and propose corrective actions
  • Work closely with Data stewards and Data Governance Analysts to identify business needs and optimize user experience

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Big Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar
  • Internship or working experience in any data visualization and dashboard creation tool (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik/…)
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • Understanding of data modeling
  • Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing is a plus
