Full job description

Join Vibe's Data Platform team to build and operate production data pipelines and infrastructure at petabyte scale. Responsibilities include managing batch, streaming, and reporting stacks; designing storage and compute solutions with Iceberg, Spark, DuckDB, and Trino; optimizing cost and latency; owning data contracts for ClickHouse and Cube reporting; building alerts, SLOs, and runbooks; leading incident response and on-call duties; influencing upstream data producers; and developing tooling to improve team efficiency. Requires 5+ years experience in production data platforms, deep lakehouse expertise, experience with orchestrators like Dagster or Airflow and transformation frameworks like dbt, operational ownership, and strong cross-functional communication.
