Full job description
Lead a team of 3-5 data analysts to analyze large programmatic advertising datasets and provide high-quality insights to guide product development. Manage team workflows, prioritize requests, and ensure statistical accuracy of outputs. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate data trends into actionable decisions. Develop automated self-service BI frameworks to reduce ad-hoc data requests. Requirements include a technical degree in a quantitative field, 5+ years in data analysis or BI in digital advertising, 3+ years leading data teams, expert SQL skills, proficiency in Python or R, and strong communication skills. Work authorization required. The role is full-time, hybrid with 2 days remote, based in Barcelona.
