Epsilon is seeking a Data Analyst for the Audience Lab team reporting to the Director, Revenue Acceleration. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions within a large data environment. Responsibilities include generating custom audiences, insights, and reports using multiple data sources; designing processes to monitor data quality; collaborating with Customer Success and Technology teams; developing dashboards with Metabase or Power BI; prioritizing tasks; proposing analytical solutions; identifying relevant data sources; communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences; and implementing scalable data services. Requirements include 4+ years of SQL and Python experience, 2+ years with AWS and PySpark, experience with Snowflake, dashboard development (Metabase preferred), geospatial data processing and interactive map development in Python, knowledge of Big Data technologies, GitHub experience, strong analytical skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
