Full job description

Data Administration Analyst responsible for Vendor Master Data quality and T&E expense claims for all Criteo entities worldwide. Ensure compliance with KYS process and SOX standards, collaborate with IT, GL Tax, Procurement, Internal Control, and Accounts Payable teams. Manage vendor data lifecycle and maintain vendor master database with screening compliance tool. Process T&E claims timely and manage company card expenses. Respond to queries promptly and escalate issues as needed. Requires strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably SAP experience. Role is full-time with a hybrid work model based in Barcelona, Spain.

What you'll do

  • Ensure reliability and quality of Vendor Master Data for all entities worldwide
  • Manage quality, process and cut off expense claims for all central entities
  • Fulfill KYS process, SOX standards and respond to periodic audit controls queries
  • Collaborate closely with IT, GL Tax, Procurement, Internal Control, and Accounts Payable teams
  • Ensure vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately and comply with SOX standards
  • Ensure vendor data aligns with contracts signed by Business Development, Procurement and Purchasing requesters
  • Clean, upgrade, update and perform due diligence on vendor master database using screening compliance tool
  • Ensure timely processing of T&E in compliance with SOX requirements
  • Process and manage company card expenses and queries
  • Identify gaps and escalate issues
  • Ensure timely response to queries

Requirements
