Strategy Consultant role at Merkle Sweden. Work with clients to develop growth through customer-centric strategies and approaches. Collaborate with teams across CRM, Customer Experience, Account Based Marketing, AI, digital transformation, and business development. Develop strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps to improve customer experience and business growth. Translate complex information into clear decision support and presentations. Advise clients on data, technology, and new working methods to create customer and business value. Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with specialists in CRM, Data & Analytics, Experience Design, Martech, and media to develop integrated solutions. Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of Merkle as a leader in customer experience and transformation. Stay updated on trends, innovations, and technologies affecting business models and customer experiences. Requirements include several years of relevant experience in strategy, digital customer experience, or consulting; academic degree in business, management, marketing or related field; experience with CRM, CX, personalization, AI, ABM, Martech, Adtech; strong analytical skills; ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions; excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
