Experienced CXM Campaign Manager role managing campaigns from requirements gathering through development, testing, production, and quality control. Responsibilities include managing cross-campaign priorities, timelines, and deliverables; building client and stakeholder relationships; coordinating internal teams and external partners; communicating proactively; improving campaign processes through data and optimization; applying quality assurance and change management; and coaching junior colleagues. Requires 3+ years in campaign management, CXM, CRM, or digital marketing, strong organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English, analytical mindset, and interest in campaign platforms and digital messaging technologies. Location: Rotterdam office.
