This is a 12-month maternity cover role for a Customer Success Operations Manager at PubMatic in Paris. The role involves managing technical integrations, optimising programmatic advertising performance, and supporting Tier 1 publisher accounts on the PubMatic platform. Responsibilities include account setup, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in programmatic advertising technologies such as Header Bidding, ORTB, RTB/PMP, SSPs, Prebid wrappers, and ad servers like GAM. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), and debugging tools are required. Fluency in French (C1 minimum) is mandatory. The position offers hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 remote) and a salary range of €70,000 to €85,000 OTE.
