Join PubMatic’s Customer Success team in EMEA as a Customer Success Operations Manager. Manage technical integrations, optimize performance, and support Tier 1 omnichannel publisher accounts on the PubMatic platform. Deliver technical integrations on time, provide support within SLAs, analyze and optimize account performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams. Manage internal systems like Salesforce and JIRA. Troubleshoot integration issues and generate performance reports. Requirements include experience in programmatic advertising (Header Bidding, ORTB, RTB/PMP, ad networks), familiarity with SSPs, Prebid wrappers, GAM, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and debugging tools. The role requires clear communication, multitasking onboarding and support, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. The position is full-time, hybrid based in London, with a salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 GBP including base and variable compensation.
