Full job description

Customer Success Manager role focused on managing a large book of business, training customers, driving feature adoption, renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or similar roles, advanced knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, acting as main contact for training and support, becoming a platform specialist, meeting growth targets, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to customer success team development. Position is full-time, hybrid, located in the Philippines.

What you'll do

  • Build and foster strong relationships with a large book of customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for training and product support, delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Become a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising to solve customer problems and improve feature adoption
  • Meet targets and drive growth in book of business, maximize customer renewals and feature adoption
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to building a world-class Customer Success organization
  • Help team members grow, optimize existing processes, and enhance customer success initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Capable of learning new tools and processes quickly
  • Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
  • Results-driven mentality capable of meeting commercial targets and weekly productivity goals
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Self-driven with exceptional organizational skills
