Full job description
Customer Success Manager role focused on managing a large book of customers, training them, driving feature adoption, renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or similar roles, advanced knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), strong communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, acting as main contact for training and support, becoming a Smartly platform specialist, meeting growth targets, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to customer success team development. The role is full-time, hybrid, and located in Manila.
What you'll do
- Build and foster strong relationships with a large book of customers
- Act as the main point of contact for training and product support, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Become a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising to solve customer problems and improve feature adoption
- Meet targets and drive growth in book of business, maximize customer renewals and feature adoption
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering teams
- Help build a world-class Customer Success organization
- Contribute to team member growth, optimize existing processes, and enhance customer success initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
- Capable of learning new tools and processes quickly
- Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Results-driven mentality capable of meeting commercial targets and weekly productivity goals
- Able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Self-driven with exceptional organizational skills
