Full job description
Customer Success Manager role to manage a large book of customers, train them, drive feature adoption, renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or similar role, advanced knowledge of paid social advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat), strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet commercial targets. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, acting as main contact for training and support, becoming a platform specialist, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to team growth and process optimization. Hybrid work arrangement based in Manila.
