Full job description

Customer Success Manager role managing client accounts, driving growth, and optimizing digital marketing strategies using Smartly platform and social advertising channels including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or similar roles in B2B SaaS or marketing agencies, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and ability to travel. Responsibilities include client relationship management, training, feature adoption, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous feedback to product development. What you'll do

  • Manage and develop own client accounts through daily communication and digital marketing expertise
  • Work closely with clients to optimize digital marketing strategy and quickly resolve advertiser issues
  • Take full responsibility for growing and managing target market and develop industry-specific expertise
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of Smartly tool and Facebook advertising
  • Build, manage, and strengthen strong relationships with clients and Facebook
  • Collaborate with clients, other Customer Success Managers, and product development team to maintain continuous feedback flow
  • Train customers and drive feature adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, account expansion, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to building a world-class Customer Success organization and optimize internal processes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing digital agencies preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Professional spoken and written English and fluency in Spanish
  • Motivated by client management, digital marketing challenges, and long-term relationship building
  • Availability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Proactive problem solver with positive attitude
  • Results-driven mentality capable of meeting commercial targets and productivity goals
  • Self-driven with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Advanced knowledge of paid social advertising platforms
