The role is a hybrid Creative Project Manager & Customer Success Manager position at Smartly. Responsibilities include leading the full lifecycle of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns from scoping to delivery and optimization, managing budgets and resources, maintaining project documentation and stakeholder alignment, overseeing project profitability and risk mitigation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting customer success and product adoption. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in account or project management within ad agencies, digital agencies, in-house advertiser teams, or AdTech companies. Required skills include knowledge of digital media advertising, client communication, financial oversight, and strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. The position is full-time and hybrid based in Dubai, UAE.
