Full job description
OpenAI is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Ads Solutions team to support advertisers in India. The role involves managing a portfolio of advertising partners, guiding onboarding and campaign launches, analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the platform. Candidates should have 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising or related client-facing roles, experience managing advertiser or agency relationships, data querying skills (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets), and strong communication skills. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office per week) based in Mumbai, with relocation assistance provided.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contact
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads products
