Full job description
OpenAI is hiring a Customer Success Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, 3 days in office). The role involves managing advertiser relationships, onboarding and launching campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving partner growth on OpenAI's advertising platform. Candidates must have 5-10+ years experience in digital advertising or related client-facing roles, be fluent in Portuguese and English, and have skills in data querying (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets). Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, providing strategic recommendations, and building scalable processes. Relocation assistance is offered.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contact
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads products
