The Customer Success Manager is the primary technical advisor and strategic partner to publishers, focusing on long-term technical health and optimization of client accounts to maximize ad revenue. Responsibilities include managing publisher relationships from onboarding to retention, monitoring ad performance, resolving technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and educating clients on product features and programmatic advertising best practices. Requires 3-5 years experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within Ad Tech, advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Analytics, understanding of programmatic ecosystem including header bidding (Prebid.js), familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CRM and project management tools, and advanced Excel skills. The role is full-time, fully remote, and offers mentorship and professional development opportunities.
