Full job description
Customer Success Manager role managing a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Serve as main contact delivering exceptional customer experience and expert advice on Smartly.io platform and social advertising. Build strong relationships with customers and partners such as Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. Collaborate cross-functionally to inform sales and product roadmaps. Requirements include 5+ years in customer success or similar, advanced social advertising knowledge, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, healthcare, 401K matching, equity grants, and more. Salary range $75,000 - $100,000. Hybrid work model based in New York, NY.
