Full job description

Customer Success Manager role at Smartly.io responsible for managing a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Requires 5+ years experience in customer success or similar roles, advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), strong communication skills, and ability to travel. Responsibilities include acting as main customer contact, becoming a platform specialist, building relationships with customers and partners, providing customer feedback to sales and product teams, and collaborating cross-functionally. What you'll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Become a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising to solve problems and provide best practices
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers and partners like Facebook and Pinterest
  • Be the voice of customers to inform sales process and product roadmap
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to building a world-class Customer Success organization and knowledge library
  • Optimize existing processes and enhance all Customer Success initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Highly empathetic with a positive attitude and strong desire to help customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality with a bias for action and collaboration
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
