Full job description
Customer Success Manager role at Smartly focused on managing and growing customer accounts in digital marketing. Responsibilities include driving customer engagement, providing consultative advice, managing product trials, and collaborating with platform partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and product teams. Requires 3+ years experience in paid digital advertising, customer success or similar roles, strong communication skills, technical problem-solving ability, and willingness to work hybrid from London office and travel. Previous knowledge of Smartly or similar platforms is a plus.
What you'll do
- Manage and nurture own customer accounts through day to day communication and online marketing expertise
- Work closely with customers to hone their online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues
- Take full ownership and responsibility of growing and managing own book of business and develop vertical expertise
