Full job description

Customer Success Manager role at Smartly responsible for managing customer accounts, driving product adoption, and growing customer engagement. Requires 4+ years experience in customer success or similar roles, strong knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and programmatic. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams. What you'll do

  • Manage and nurture own customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise
  • Identify opportunities for increased product adoption and align product value with customer marketing objectives
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the Smartly tool and digital ecosystem to solve customer problems
  • Build, manage and develop strong relationships with customers and platform partners including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and Google
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product developers to maintain quick feedback loop between customers and product

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing function
  • Good understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google and programmatic)
  • Highly empathetic with a positive attitude and strong desire to help customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality with a bias for action and collaboration
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel for quarterly business reviews, conferences and industry events
