Full job description
Smartly is offering a paid Fall 2026 Internship Program in New York on the Customer Success team. The internship is part-time (~30 hours/week) from October 6 to December 17, 2026, paying $20/hour. Interns will gain hands-on experience in paid social media, digital advertising, and customer success by shadowing managers, learning Smartly’s platform and social media advertising, developing an upsell matrix, and contributing to real projects. Candidates should be undergraduate students or recent graduates interested in marketing, advertising, or technology, familiar with social platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snap, and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Shadow Customer Success Managers and Paid Social Media Managers
- Learn how Customer Success and Managed Services support customer accounts
- Develop an upsell matrix for identifying opportunities
