AppsFlyer is hiring a Customer Success Associate to ensure clients gain value from the AppsFlyer platform. Responsibilities include providing best practices on mobile marketing, training clients, driving feature adoption, representing client feedback internally, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering business reviews to decision makers, and assisting with onboarding new clients. Candidates should have 2-4 years experience in digital marketing, analytics, or product management, strong program management and communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Slack. Preferred qualifications include experience with SaaS products and mobile advertising/analytics in China.
