Full job description
Smartly is hiring a paid Customer Onboarding Intern for Fall 2026. The internship runs from October 6 to December 17, 2026, approximately 30 hours per week at $20/hour. The role supports Onboarding Managers by creating customer-facing materials, analyzing campaign performance, building reporting views, supporting campaign and feed setup, and tracking project timelines. Candidates should be full-time seniors or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related fields, with familiarity in paid social advertising and platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat preferred. The position is hybrid based in New York, NY, and requires legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Assist Onboarding Managers with customer onboarding projects and day-to-day deliverables
- Create and update customer-facing presentations and onboarding materials
- Help build reporting views and organize performance data
