Customer Insights Partner role based in Tokyo, Japan. Full-time, permanent position with hybrid work model. Responsibilities include acting as a client-facing advisor to strategic clients, collaborating with commercial and technical teams to deliver actionable insights, developing analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, Python, AI tools, and providing data-backed recommendations to grow revenue and improve client outcomes. Requires 3+ years analytical or consulting experience, preferably in ad tech or related fields, strong Japanese and English communication skills, and proficiency in SQL with eagerness to learn Tableau, Python, and AI tools.
